Happy New Year!

May this be a transformative year for us all!

As we contemplate cardiovascular disease, practice patterns & new developments it might be worthwhile to reiterate the basics. Prevention is always good & can get a significant boost when one is confronted with some kind of interventional procedure.

Please renew those resolutions to - take care of ourselves-

  1. Regular exercise

  2. Good diet - more fruits & vegetables. It's great for the planet if we can all reduce meat consumption while improving our health!

  3. Relaxation such as Yoga, Meditation, can help

  4. Avoid toxins - smoking, pollution,

  5. If you enjoy alcohol, please indulge in moderation!
